Privacy Policy

1. Overview

TeklifGO (the "App") is a mobile application that helps small businesses, tradespeople, freelancers and service providers create professional quotes and invoices for their customers. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

2. Data We Collect

We only collect data needed to provide the service:

• Account information: your email address when you sign up with email. If you use "Sign in with Apple", the name and (optionally hidden/relay) email address provided by Apple.
• App content: the company details, customer records, and quote/invoice data you create.
• Images: the company logo and customer photos you optionally upload.

We do not collect advertising identifiers, location, contacts, or device tracking data.

3. How We Use Your Data

Collected data is used solely to operate the App: to create and authenticate your account, to let you create quotes/invoices, to sync your data across your devices, and to generate PDFs. Your data is never used for advertising or marketing and is never sold.

4. Data Storage and Hosting

Your account and app data are stored with our infrastructure provider Supabase (European Union / Frankfurt region) in a PostgreSQL database, and images are stored in Supabase Storage. Row Level Security (RLS) ensures each user can access only their own data. All communication is encrypted via HTTPS.

5. Third-Party Services

• Supabase — authentication, database, and file storage.
• Apple "Sign in with Apple" — optional sign-in method.

The App contains no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.

6. PDFs and Sharing

The PDFs you generate leave your device only through a share action you initiate (WhatsApp, email, AirDrop, etc.). The App does not upload them anywhere on its own.

7. e-Invoice / UBL Note

In invoice mode, the App can export the document as UBL-TR 1.2 XML. This XML is unsigned; it does not include GİB (Turkish Revenue Administration) integration or a fiscal seal. Official submission requires an authorized integrator.

8. Deleting Your Account and Data

You can permanently delete your account in-app via Settings → Account settings → Delete my account. This permanently deletes all of your company, customer and quote/invoice data, your uploaded images, and your account. If you used "Sign in with Apple", your Apple authorization token is also revoked. This action cannot be undone.

9. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 16 and does not knowingly collect data from this age group.

10. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. For material changes, the "Last updated" date on this page will be revised.
